The Dramatic Asthma Relief Report
I was recently diagnosed with asthma. I take Symbicort each day (2 puffis in the morning and 2 puffs in the evening). I still feel rattling and wheezing in my chest and I am coughing up yellow-green phlem. I go to the ashtma/allergy specialist in 3 days, but is there something I can do in the meantime to help with my chest? I can’t take allergy medicine because of my testing in three days.
I hove both Albuterol and Alupent in my medicine cabinet. My doctor didn’t give me clear directions about which to take. The pharmacist said that both are interchangeable. Is this true? What is the difference?
Matt’s right. Albuterol has less cardiac side effects.
I have been searching for a natural relief for my asthma. I have come across such things as respitrol and some others that I can’t remember their names. I wonder though what works and what doesn’t.
You need to keep your enviroment as dust free as possible, watch out for animal dander, take meds as prescribed, watch your excercising, and reduce your anxiety level whenever possible, even when you aren’t having an attack. Your receptors in your brain nerves, and in your lungs, will probably never change; therefore you will always have asthma.

I had a really bad attack yesterday and had repeated attacks throughout the past 2 days. I’ve been taking pulmicort and albuterol regularly but went to the doctor today because the attacks were not going away.
She gave me a nebulizer treatment, which made the breathlessness decrease. I was also just prescribed with singulair, just took a pill a little while ago.
I still feel like a little attack could occur again (it’s getting later in the evening, which might explain it) but I’m starting to feel a little short of breath. Because the albuterol affected my sleeping last night, I’m hesitant to take it, plus it’s not as bad as it has been. But my chest is still a little tight and I’m still a little sore, drained and weak.
How soon should I expect to feel 100% better? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?
If you have insurance see a pulmonary specialist or an allergist with asthma expertise. Albuteral is a temporary solution with immediate but not long term results. A steroid will reduce the inflamation in your lungs. Xolair and immunotherapy injections can be of great help. Advair almost killed me. There are risks and benefits to everything. Ying/Yang
different people of different countries can tell their experiences or share knowledge to help others who are experience same things like severe seasonal allergies and bronchitis leading to asthma.
thanks
I have the type of asthma that feels like chest pressure. I use two different kinds of inhalers, albuterol and advair. They take care of the wheezing but the feeling of “weight” remains. Doc says I just need to take vicodin but I am not too happy about it. Any suggestions?
I suffered from asthma pretty badly as a child but it’s now under control. I learned techniques of diaphragm breathing during attacks and if done properly you can alleviate your symptoms, even without medication. I am not sure how to properly explain the technique but maybe you could do some research on diaphragm breathing. It always felt like I was breathing from my stomach, not my chest. And it’s kinda shallow breathing. I’m not sure if it would help your pain but it did mine.
Did the report at http://www.dramatic-asthma-relief.com work for you? Is it the same info you can get from books that cost considerably less that the $50 she wants for an eBook (am I the only person that thinks that’s too much money for an eBook which requires no expensive printing or shipping fulfillment???)?
I have severe asthma and I want to get off the inhalers. I’ve started to eliminate wheat and dairy from my diet and I’m trying to incorporate the supplement suggestions from “The Acid Alkaline Balance Diet : An Innovative Program for Ridding Your Body of Acidic Wastes”. This book makes a lot of sense to me; just need to stick to the recommendations…
Would appreciate hearing from other asthma sufferers who have reversed their asthma through natural methods!
Thank you!!
This is a very important and useful report especially for yourself and your precious family. I used to have a serious allergic symptoms but after I switched those household toxic products to safe, non-toxic products all the symptoms (respiraotry allergy, skin problems…) were gone away forever. Taking a reference to this report if you switch your toxic products to safe products not having those toxic chemical ingredients it will help you and your family health real big time! Please do not think that would be a too much work for you to check all the ingredients! That’s for you and your family. Even just switching a laundry detergent can affect your health considerably. (Actually I have a few people who survived from cancer by not using those chemical products for their house work, laundry, cleaning, dish washing… anymore, seriously) So if you want you can download the report free without putting in any of your personal information, here:

and if there is anybody who you think is using too much chemical (toxic) products or having a serious allergy problem please send this report to them, too.
I hope it will be a big help for you and your family.
respirable dust mask should help more than anything else.
€3,80 made my stertorousness disappear in 1 day!
you would not want to see the sauce washed out in a glass after 1 week outside use in the city –ugly — inside: best NO birds or furry pets and an air washer that runs – with enough water the whole day best to do : getting used to the mask, because the dust particles are getting smaller and more, permanently
